Starbase Indy provides Press Passes to professional journalists who are on assignment at the convention. Professional journalists are defined as those who are employed and paid by newspapers, television stations, radio stations, and news services such as the Associated Press.
Pre-convention interviews are at the discretion of the guest stars and are not guaranteed.
Starbase Indy will take requests for interviews with guest stars during the convention. We cannot guarantee their availability. We can only relay your requests. For on-site interviews, a representative of Starbase Indy will be present.
Journalists should register in advance of the convention and provide press credentials or a letter of intent from an editor or publisher that can be verified.
Starbase Indy may, at our discretion, provide one or more Press Passes to social media personalities (e.g. YouTubers, Podcasters) who intend to publish an account of their own experience at Starbase Indy.
Media personalities should register in advance of the convention and provide a statement of intent.
