Yep, thats right -- we have an extra medium blue Convention T-Shirt from the 2009 convention. We didn't order any extras but one of our attendees bought a medium and a large to make sure she had the right size. She liked the way the large fit better so she gave us the medium to sell. Starbase Indy: Post Con News
 The Starbase Indy staff would like to say THANK YOU to all of those that attended this year's convention. We all were sad to see the convention come to an end and for all of you that suffer from the post con weepies, you will be happy to know that Starbase Indy will be back next year! We have already signed a contract with the same hotel (Indianapolis Marriott East) for Thanksgiving weekend 2010!! Many of you bought memberships for our 2010 convention at a discounted rate during our 2009 convention.

We will be working hard to start a guest list and have it posted by March or April, 2010. The Convention That Can't Die!
In 2007, Starbase Indy said farewell to their loyal attendees. As many of you know, another convention promoter promised to come in for 2008 and two weeks before the event took place they had to pull out. With the assistance of our wonderful hotel, The Indianapolis Marriott East and the volunteers of Starbase Indy, a one-day event was put together for all those that had made plans to attend a sci-fi con.
After the convention, many people were asking if we were going to do it again. Concerned about the cost involved, the triumvirate decided that Starbase Indy would take a break and not do a convention for 2009. Then, the Star Trek movie came out and we were all blown away. The calls and emails started coming in asking if we were going to do another convention. After meeting with the hotel, it was decided that Starbase Indy will be back for 2009!
